Server issues resolved

We've had several successive issues over the last couple of weeks with our server and blog software, and I've just received word that the administrators have completed their work, and we've finally recovered from whatever ailed us.

We will be resuming the release of podcast episodes to our premium subscribers as of tomorrow morning. We appreciate your patience, and will be offering additional episodes in January and February to make up for the downtime.
